How Can Eating "sculpt" A Flat Stomach?

The large amount of fat "on" the abdomen is associated with the development of a number of health problems.

One of the most important indicators of health is the amount of fat in the abdomen. Why? Because health risks are measured by the waist. High levels of belly fat have been linked to heart disease, diabetes , stroke and cancer. Obesity sufferers are 37% more likely to die in a car accident.

According to experts, nothing "speaks" better about good health than a flat, sexy belly. And the question is how to achieve it?

Eat "just" without dieting

When respecting the label of each packaged food, the known ingredients will most likely be 2-3 - sugar , salt , wheat, and the unknown - a whole bunch. These are the chemical additives that scientists have invented, not only to keep the product from spoiling for longer, but also to change taste perceptions and "regulators" of appetite . The solution is to consume foods with limited composition.

Eat more

The goal is to manage the body's needs throughout the day so that you never feel too hungry. Experts advise to eat every three hours, starting the day with breakfast .

A study by Massachusetts experts found that people who skip breakfast in the morning are four times more likely to be obese. In addition, it is important to get fiber , protein , fat and carbohydrates at every meal.

Consumption of more fluids

Not only does fluid intake need to be increased , it needs to be done smartly. It is advisable to reduce the intake of sweetened beverages, including juices, carbonated beverages, and replace it with water .

Experts even suggest a plan to achieve this goal: to drink a glass of water in the morning, another a little later in the morning, the next before lunch, one before dinner and the last just before bedtime. In this way, the consumption of sweetened beverages will be significantly reduced.
