You can talk a lot about the nutrition of models and their lifestyle: review diet options, discuss the use of vegetable or animal products, their quantity, quality, etc. That is why the general rules of nutrition , which are observed by almost all models in everyday life, are collected below.

It's not HOW MANY calories to eat, but HOW to eat them

Some models admit that they never count calories, but plan their meals based on other, more important things: the seasonality of products, their alkalinity, the compatibility of some products with others. The combination of products is the most important thing, because it ensures proper digestion and affects well-being. It is important not to mix proteins and carbohydrates - this prevents the normal absorption of both important nutrients, causes bloating and heaviness.

Meals should be arranged throughout the day in order of increasing "heaviness" for digestion

Recommendations for the daily menu from the models : start your day with warm water with lemon. A little later - fruits, juice or smoothies, which contribute to the increase of alkalinity (with an optimal pH balance, the cells of the body literally bloom! In addition, raw fruit dishes saturate the body with vitamins and living vital energy). Have a light vegetable salad for lunch with a protein dish such as poached eggs or grilled salmon. Your early dinner (no later than 8 p.m.) can be a little heavier: green salad leaves, a bowl of cereal with lots of vegetables, or fish, also with vegetables. For dessert, you can eat a piece of dark chocolate.

Monitor the amount of water you drink

Drinking water is important for the proper functioning of the body, cleaning of cells, blood circulation, thermoregulation. An adult should consume about 2 liters of clean water per day (not tea, coffee, soups, but CLEAN water). Another little tip from the models : when you feel a little hungry, drink a glass of water first (maybe it's not hunger, but thirst). If after half an hour you are hungry again, then you can eat. But it is not advisable to drink liquid at the same time as food, so as not to disrupt the work of digestive enzymes.

Make “snacks” valuable

If you want to eat between main meals, choose something really light and healthy for yourself - a banana, bread or vegetable sticks with hummus, spring rolls. Be careful with nuts: they are, of course, useful and nutritious, but still this product is quite heavy, rich in fats and proteins at the same time, so it is advisable not to heat the nuts, eat them in limited quantities, separately from everything else.

Make sure you don't use the worst (PREMIUM)

Carbonated sweet drinks, alcohol, fried foods, snacks, store sauces, fast food, flour products, sugar and other fast carbohydrates, an excessive amount of salt - the use of these "dishes" in the diet should come to nothing, because such products are nothing particularly valuable for health they do not contain and mostly just spoil it.

These are the general rules of nutrition that can be traced in the diets of not only models , but also many slim and healthy people of our planet. No doubt, many of the readers follow all the points without any effort, without even thinking about what could be different! And if any physical activity and emotional well-being are added to such a diet ... then you can be sincerely happy for your truly healthy and, therefore, happy lifestyle!
