Thanks to nutrition, we look the way we look. We are as sick as we do not digest properly. We are just as nervous as we are hungry. Almost all processes in the body have a direct culprit - the food and the habits that we have. Food contains substances that are important for the proper functioning of our body. The substances, as we have already stated, are proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, micronutrients and water.

 

Diet can mess up everything

Diet is the right choice only if we are well informed and have enough information about nutrition. Also, something that begins now and lasts for 30, 60 or 90 days can only disturb the balance in the body. As you already know, such regimes can often cause yo-yo effect.

 

We need to know HOW to eat before we decide WHAT to eat

The magic of eating properly. It doesn’t matter that we eat extremely useful foods if we overeat or we simply don’t like the taste. Nutritional habits are more important than anything else related to nutrition.

 

Feeding regimes have different impact on each of us

Even if one person follows a 90-day diet and is successfully dealing with unwanted kilos does not mean that this regime is going to be suitable for you, too. It does not mean that you should also follow the same diet to receive the same results.

 

Do you actually know your body?

Answer this question. Do you know which food irritate your stomach? Do you know how much food you can eat before feeling bloated or full? Do you have allergies to lactose or other substances?

 

You should not consume any food at night, but you do it

Are you starving at two in the morning? Perhaps it is not that harmful for you? It is possible. But before you stop doing that, think about whether you have bad symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort. If your body tells you it is okay, do not stop eating at midnight. People in Asia are used to eating extremely spicy foods very late at night but they are not sick. The truth is that our habits today are a matter of personal perception and are determined by the environment and by our habits when we were babies.

 

Do not turn against your nature just because you want to be different

Remember that you may not be Asian. European and American habits are different. Do you know that most Europeans return with food poisoning after traveling to Asia? This is because the environment in which we grow is extremely different. Our eating habits and even our foods are drastically inconsistent with those in Asia.

 

Sometimes we skip meals

Do not worry if you have skipped a meal that was planned by your diet. Nothing fatal has happened. The diet goes on as long as you want to. However, it is better if you eat as soon as possible rather than skipping the meal.
