Delicate boiled dough, meat and greens always taste great. Add sour cream, chopped hot peppers or fried onions with cracklings and get a new dish. By the way, strips of dough can be prepared for the future - freeze or dry. It's very convenient and easy!
Dough Ingredients:
500 g flour; egg; 1 st. l. vegetable oil; 200 ml of water; a pinch of salt.
Meat Filling Ingredients:
bulb; 3 art. l. vegetable oil; 300 g minced meat (pork); salt, pepper, spices.
For the dough, in a bowl, beat the egg, water, oil, and salt with a whisk. Then add flour in parts and knead a soft dough. Roll it out thinly on a floured board and cut into diamonds or strips. For dinner, take 200 grams, dry the rest in the oven at a temperature of 100 degrees (until dense). Or put in a single layer on a pallet, freeze in the freezer, and then put in a special bag.
We prepare the meat filling as follows: In a pan in oil, fry the onion, chopped into small cubes, then spread the minced meat and fry over medium heat, breaking up the lumps with a spatula. Salt, pepper, add your favorite meat spices.
Drop the dough pieces into boiling salted water and cook for a few minutes until they float and become soft, then drain in a colander. Throw the finished boiled dough into the pan with the meat and mix. Fill the dish with herbs and serve, enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 carrots; stalk of celery; bulb; bell pepper (you can half yellow and red); small zucchini; 2 tbsp. l. olive oil; a small bunch of fresh basil or 1 tbsp. l. dried; clove of garlic; salt pepper; a glass of uncooked couscous; 1.5 cups of broth.
Peel the vegetables and cut into strips and half rings. Fry in oil in a large skillet for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and spices. Stir. Then stir in the couscous, pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, leave covered for 5 minutes. Stir with a fork and serve immediately.
A quick Chinese recipe.
Ingredients:
200 g basmati rice (or 400 g boiled); 100 g boiled shrimp; 2 eggs; 70 g frozen green peas; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; 1 st. l. soy sauce; 1/2 tsp sesame oil (if any); 6 green onion feathers.
Boil the rice according to package instructions.
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok. Stir in the cooked rice and peas, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, then add the shrimp and fry for another 2 minutes. Lightly beat the egg in a bowl and pour into the pan, stirring the dish. After a minute, add soy sauce, sesame oil and chopped onion. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
This light salad can be served warm with a slice of whole grain bread. Mayonnaise can be replaced with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients for egg strips:
2 eggs; 1 st. l. mayonnaise; 1 st. l. wheat flour; 1 st. l. vegetable oil for frying; salt.
For the salad you will also need:
100 g crab sticks; 100 g of processed cheese; 100 g of white cabbage; fresh cucumber (optional) dill; salt.
Peel the crab sticks and cut into cubes, chop the cabbage, cut the cucumber, if using, into strips. Grate the cheese, chop the greens. Mix all cooked ingredients in a bowl.
Fry the egg strips. To do this, beat the eggs, flour, salt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Fry the egg pancake in a preheated pan with oil - first on one side, and then, when the mass seizes, turn over to the other. Select the finished egg pancake from the pan and cut into strips.
Add strips to salad, season with mayonnaise. Ready!
Soft dumplings made from dough with beans and tomato sauce. Great quick dish!
Ingredients:
70 g flour; 30 ml of water; 30 ml of vegetable oil; 200 g of finished canned beans; 500 g of tomatoes in their own juice; bulb; 1/2 tsp. dried spices: oregano, paprika, coriander; salt pepper.
Grind beans with water into gruel using an immersion blender. Add vegetable oil (leave a spoon for frying the onion), flour, salt and mix with a spoon.
In a deep frying pan in oil, fry the diced onion until soft, add spices, heat, then pour in the tomatoes (without skins) punched with a blender along with the juice. When the sauce boils, put the bean mass with a spoon, you will get dumplings. Add chopped herbs to taste, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Ready!
Fresh or frozen vegetables will bake in the oven in just the time it takes for the rice to cook. This dish can be served on its own or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
1 glass of rice; Bell pepper; bulb; carrot; 200 g broccoli; 200 g zucchini; 2 cloves of garlic; 3 art. l. olive oil; 200 ml of tomato juice; salt, spices.
Wash all vegetables, peel, cut into large pieces in a baking dish. Add salt, spices, oil, tomato juice and mix. Bake, covered with foil, for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Boil the rice according to package instructions, drain the water.
Put rice on a plate, top with vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and enjoy!
