Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup amaranth flour
  • 5 grams of ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon green hot peppers, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a large bowl, mix the puree with the flour, pasta, salt, pepper and hot peppers. Stir, add the cumin seeds and fresh coriander.

Knead the dough and form round meatballs from it. Put each between a sheet of cling film and roll out finely. Heat more fat and fry the bites.

During frying, the bites swell and turn on their own. Drain, arrange on a plate and serve, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
