Required products :

  • 25 grams of peeled almonds
  • 25 grams of porridge
  • 25 grams of walnuts
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Method of preparation :

Roast the walnuts and almonds in a dry hot pan for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour them on a piece of cloth and cover with a second. Grind so that their shells can be separated.

Bake the cashews until golden (also fat-free).

Mix all the nuts between two layers of plastic wrap and roll the rolling pin 2-3 times to crush them.

Lightly grease a suitable thick-bottomed dish with oil, pour the sugar and place on a low heat.

Stir constantly until the sweet spice is completely melted and acquires a light yellow color.

Then pour the nuts into the prepared caramel, stir and 2-3 minutes later remove the pan from the heat.

Spread a sheet of foil on the kitchen counter, spread and pour the caramel combination.

Flatten with a spoon that you have previously dipped in melted butter or oil, and wait for the mixture to cool.

Once this is done, break into large pieces with which you can decorate any dessert. An option is to crush the sweet nuts.

Enjoy your meal!
