Method of preparation:
Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon to the flour and mix. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, beat until smooth and add the butter, amaretto, milk and cream.
Combine the mixtures, stir and distribute one full spoonful of the mixture in paper-lined muffin tins. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the cream, butter, sugar, cinnamon, amaretto and almond milk in another bowl. Beat and fill a syringe with the resulting mixture. Cool and when the cream muffins are ready, arrange and serve.
