Required products :
2 teaspoons raw almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.5 tablespoons oil
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
pinch grated nutmeg
Method of preparation :
Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment and pour the almonds into it. Bake them at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Once the nuts have cooled, grind them with a food processor. Add salt, 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons maple syrup. Beat everything for 8-9 minutes. If the mixture seems too dry, add the remaining oil.
Add the spices without stopping the beating.
Store the finished paste in a jar. With it you can prepare a variety of desserts, porridges, smoothies and all sorts of goodies.
