Method of preparation:
Prepare a cake pan, cover it with baking paper. In a bowl, mix the biscuits, butter, crusts, stir and spread on the base.
In another bowl, put the cream cheese, mascarpone, cream and beat until smooth. Add gelatin to the amaretto, stir and combine with the milk mixture.
Pour carefully over the biscuit base and cool for an hour. Make a mousse by whipping the cream with the essence.
Spread it on cheese cream, garnish with almonds and raisins. Cool for another hour, cut and serve.
