How To Cook Appetizer Of Jelly Salmon With Carrots And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

1 salmon fillet
1 boiled carrot
1/2 leek stalk
1 onion
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon marinated capers
2 teaspoons vinegar
5 peppercorns
3 allspice
gelatin gelatin
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet, dry it and cut it into pieces. Pour boiling water over the gelatin and wait for it to swell.

Put the fish in a saucepan and pour two fingers of water. Add the spices, sliced ​​onions (not all) and leeks, pour 2 teaspoons of vinegar and place the dish on the stove. Bring the liquid to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Then remove the fish from the broth, it should cool.

Strain the broth and add the beaten egg whites. Bring the combination to a boil, strain again and then mix with as much gelatin as you deem necessary.

Arrange the salmon in a suitable container, giving the preferred shape to the future appetizer. Put carrot and onion rings on the fish and pour the broth over it.
