Required products :

  • 4 apples
  • 2 proteins
  • 700 grams of sugar
  • vanilla sugar to taste
  • 160 milliliters of water
  • 30 grams of gelatin
  • powdered sugar to taste

Method of preparation :

Fill the gelatin with water, allow it to swell and dissolve.

Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (they should soften).

Then peel them and beat with a mixer or grind with a blender to obtain a puree. It should be 250 grams. Add the egg whites and vanilla sugar to it, stirring constantly.

The consistency should be light in color.

Heat the gelatin, but do not boil. Let it cool a bit and start pouring it in a thin stream to the mixture, beating. Boil syrup from the sugar dissolved in water and pour it into the mixture.

Using a syringe, make kisses, which you arrange directly in the tray.

Refrigerate overnight, then serve the sweets sprinkled with powdered sugar.

An option is to bake them for 30 minutes in the oven. Then you will get an apple-flavored souffle.

Enjoy your meal!
