Required products :
200 grams of margarine
flour (as needed)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cream
2 eggs
soda (1/2 teaspoon), quenched in vinegar
4 - 5 apples
cinnamon to taste
powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
Method of preparation :
Beat the margarine with the sugar until fluffy, add the eggs, cream, and baking soda quenched in the vinegar. Mix everything well and add as much flour as needed to make an elastic soft dough.
Peel the apples, clean the core with the seeds, cut into cubes. Add them to the dough together with the cinnamon. Put it in a form greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, leave to bake for about 20 - 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar.
