Necessary products:
700 grams of apples
500 grams of puff pastry
2 tablespoons brown sugar
20 grams of butter
brandy
crackers
1 tsp cinnamon
100 grams of raisins
100 grams of almonds
Method of preparation:
Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Melt the butter in a pan, add the apples, sugar, some brandy and simmer over medium heat until the liquid evaporates. Steam the raisins, grind the almonds and mix them with the apples, add the cinnamon. Roll the dough slightly in one direction, place in a rectangular shape. Sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs without covering the edges (about 1 cm). Then distribute the resulting filling and gently roll up, press the end.
Put the strudel in a pan lined with baking paper, greased with melted butter and place in a preheated oven to 200-210 degrees. Bake until ready.
Spread the finished strudel with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
