Required products :

10 apples

5 liters of water

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon yeast

1/2 cup blackcurrant juice

4 tablespoons raisins

1 lemon

 

 

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the apples, cut and clean the seeds, but do not peel them. Grind them with a convenient device that you have, along with the crusts. Pour them into a suitable container, fill with boiled and cooled water, put on the stove to boil. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes, then strain the decoction and cool to room temperature.

Mix the yeast with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and a little of the apple liquid, pour into the bowl with the decoction. Add the remaining sugar, lemon peel (maybe sliced ​​or grated), pre-washed raisins, blackcurrant juice and mix everything.

Leave the container with the liquid for two days in a warm place, then strain, distribute in bottles that close tightly and store in the refrigerator for no longer than 4 days.

The drink is served with ice cubes.
