How To Cook Aromatic Waffles With Gluten-free Pumpkin - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour, ground flaxseed and sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch, baking powder and cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and ginger powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 proteins
  • 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • maple syrup, butter or cream to serve as desired

Method of preparation :

Mix all the flour and spices in a bowl.

In a large bowl with a mixer, beat the eggs, milk, puree, oil and vanilla. Add the flour and stir until smooth.

Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.

Bake the fragrant waffles in an appliance.

Serve with maple syrup, cream, butter or with a filling of your choice.
