Required products :
200 grams of canned chickpeas
150-200 grams of olives in brine (pitted)
1-2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes
1-2 tablespoons olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Additionally, you can use cayenne pepper, dried herbs of your choice, cumin.
Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 220-250 degrees.
Drain the chickpeas and olives from the liquid, pour them in a row in a fireproof dish, and put the tomatoes, cut in half. Sprinkle everything with olive oil, sprinkle with spices and place in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Then turn it off and leave the products in it for 6-12 hours without opening.
