Required products :
2 teaspoons avocado
2/3 tea cup of honey
1/3 tea cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon grated vanilla stick
nuts at will - the quantity and type are according to your preferences
a little salt if desired

Method of preparation :
Mix all products and beat with a food processor. If you prefer a richer lemon flavor, add more grated citrus peel, but not juice. Pour the mixture into a container that closes tightly (preferably glass) and store in the freezer. The time required for freezing depends on the temperature set on the appliance and varies from 2 to 4 hours.
You can remove several times during this time to stir.
