Necessary products:

650-700 grams of wheat flour

600 grams of warm water

100 grams of oatmeal

25 grams of fresh yeast

1 tbsp honey

pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Knead the dough in a deep bowl of these products using a mixer: first dissolve the yeast, put a pinch of salt and honey. Knead the dough, adding the flour and oatmeal. Leave for an hour and a half (you will get a liquid dough, but you have to).

Place a pan of hot water on the bottom of the oven and preheat it to 260-270 degrees. Pour the dough on the counter (or table), generously sprinkled with flour and divide into 4 parts, from which form bagels without kneading. Twist them slightly. Place them on greased baking paper and then in a hot pan. Put in the preheated oven. After 10 minutes, remove the pan with the water and reduce the temperature to 150. Let the bread bake for another 10 minutes.

When they are ready, take the bagels out of the oven and let them cool completely before serving.

Enjoy your meal!
