Learn how to cook "Baked apples with walnuts, buckwheat and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 100 buckwheat
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • small connection mint
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 liter of water

Method of preparation :

Boil the buckwheat until ready.

Cut the apples in half, remove the part with the seeds and put them in a pot of water, as the liquid may not completely cover the fruit. Add 5 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon.

Put the pan on low heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Then take the apples out on a plate, leave the syrup on high heat without a lid until some of the liquid evaporates.

Distribute the finished buckwheat in the recesses of the fruit, which you arrange in a tray.

Put a teaspoon of liquid honey on each half and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake them for 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Return to the syrup. When the water has evaporated significantly, add the remaining sugar, then briefly boil and the syrup is ready (about 300 milliliters is obtained).

Place walnuts on the surface of the fruit and serve the dessert with the cooled syrup to which you have added mint leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
