Asparagus is a low-calorie vegetable rich in vitamins and minerals. In this 15-minute recipe we will use them for a useful and delicious crunchy appetizer. Let's borrow!

 

Necessary products

  • 450 grams of asparagus
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • coarse salt (kosher salt) and pepper to taste


Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to about 220 degrees. Roll the asparagus in the flour.

 

Dip the asparagus in the beaten eggs.

 

Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and spices and roll the asparagus in them.

 

Arrange the asparagus in a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
