How To Cook Baked Bread With Mozzarella, Butter And Green Spices - Recipe

Required products :

1 round bread / loaf

340 grams of grated mozzarella or other suitable cheese

1 fresh green pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped green spices (parsley, dill, celery)

4 tablespoons butter

dry mixture of herbs and spices of your choice and taste

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Cut the bread almost to the bottom, forming cells or cubes, as seen in the photo.

Grate the cheese, add the finely chopped green and dry spices to the pepper, then pour in the melted butter and mix everything well.

Put the bread on foil, enough to wrap the bread. Fill each cell generously with the aromatic mixture, wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then unroll the foil and let the delicacy bake (another 10 minutes).
