Learn how to cook "Baked Brie cheese with ham in bread crust". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

280 grams of flour
50 grams of sugar
7 grams of dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
80 milliliters of warm milk
5 eggs
190 grams of softened butter
250 grams of brie cheese
220 grams of ham (can bacon)

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the flour with the salt, sugar, yeast and pour in the milk. Then beat 3 of the eggs and make a dough. Knead it for 5-7 minutes, then add the softened butter and knead once more.
Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Divide it into two parts, one larger than the other.

Cover the form you will use for baking with parchment or grease with oil.

Spread most of the dough in the bowl, covering the walls.

Put half of the ham on the dough and the cheese on it (you can use yellow cheese). Next is a layer of the remaining ham and finish the arrangement with the smaller part of the dough that you have rolled out according to the size of the form.

Beat the remaining 2 eggs lightly. Spread one on the surface and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When you take out the "sandwich", spread it again with the other egg and let it stand for 1 hour at room temperature.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
