How To Cook Baked Chicken Breasts With Cherry Tomatoes And Mustard - Recipe

These marinated chicken breasts, cooked in the oven, are low in fat and high in protein. This makes them a suitable choice for regular visitors to the gym.

Necessary products

  • 4 boneless halves of chicken breast
  • 500 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard and garlic. Add a little salt and pepper. Put the chicken breasts in the prepared mixture to cover well.

Place the dish with the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 3 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Bake the chicken for about 30 minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes, cut in half. Cook for another ten minutes until the meat is tender enough.

Sprinkle with grated lemon zest and lemon juice. Serve while still warm. Enjoy your meal!
