Necessary products:

 

  • 1/4 teaspoon wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams of butter, chilled and cut into cubes
  • 3-4 tablespoons of cold water
  • chocolate spread
  • 1 whipped egg white mixed with a teaspoon of sugar
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and olive oil. Stir and add the chopped butter, ice water and stir. Form a dough and roll it out. Spread half of the crust evenly with liquid chocolate.


 Fold it in half and cut out identical shapes with the help of a dough stamp. Glue them together with the egg mixed with the sugar and press the edges.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, arrange the ravioli in a pan covered with a sheet of parchment and bake for 30 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Arrange the sweets on a plate and serve.
