How To Cook Baked Fresh Potatoes With Seeds And Sour Dressing - Recipe

Necessary products for three portions:

 

  • 1 kg of fresh potatoes
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh thyme
  • 100 grams of peeled pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams of sesame seeds
  • 30 grams of black sesame seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

for dressing:

 

  • 20 milliliters of white wine vinegar
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 20 milliliters of pickle juice
  • 5 grams of brown sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash the potatoes and cut them. Put them in a greased way and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Stir and put whole unpeeled garlic cloves between them.

Sprinkle with seeds, olive oil and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until done. Meanwhile, prepare the sour dressing.

In a bowl, add the vinegar, pickle marinade, garlic and sugar. Mix until homogeneous. Sprinkle the potatoes in portions and serve, garnished with the resulting dressing.
