  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 1 kg of diced fresh potatoes
  • 2 bunches fresh parsley
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 50 grams of raw sunflower seeds

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the butter and fry the garlic. Add the sliced ​​potatoes and saute for 5 minutes. Drain and transfer to a pan. Cool the butter and pour it into the blender jar.

Add chopped parsley, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Beat the mixture until homogeneous and season the potatoes with the resulting pesto. Stir and sprinkle with seeds.
