How To Cook Baked Omelette With Red Onion, Butter And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

6 large eggs
6 tablespoons sour cream
1.5 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
salt, pepper

For the stuffing:

2-3 heads of red onion a
pinch of cumin
in a little salt and sugar
butter

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the flour in 2 tablespoons of butter, you should get a golden brown mixture.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the sour cream and mix thoroughly so that no lumps form.

 

Return the pan to the heat and let the combination simmer for a minute, then transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, cut the onion into thin semicircles and pour into a deep pan in which you will make the omelet.

 

Put a few tablespoons of butter, a pinch of sugar, a little salt and fry quickly over high heat, stirring often.

Finally, sprinkle with cumin and remove from the heat.

 

Pour the egg stock into the cream mixture with the flour, beat until smooth, season to taste.

 

Return the pan with the onions to the hob, add the omelette mass and wait until the mixture is firm at the bottom. Then transfer the dish to the oven and let it bake at 160 degrees for about 5-10 minutes or until the desired readiness of the dish.
