Required products :
several pears (hard variety)
honey
sugar
cinnamon
vanilla
orange or apricot jam
a little dry white wine
Determine the quantities of the products according to your taste preferences, only honey and wine should be equal parts.
Method of preparation :
Mix honey and wine (1: 1). Clean the pears from the core with the seeds. Sprinkle a form with sugar and pour a little honey sauce.
Arrange the fruit, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, and in the middle of each half of the pear put a little jam. Drizzle with a little of the sauce and place the dessert in the oven. Let it bake for 20-30 minutes at 170 degrees, periodically watering with the sweet liquid.
