How To Cook Baked Potato Accordions With Mayonnaise And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Baked potato accordions with mayonnaise and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

8 potatoes

200 grams of bacon or bacon

100 grams of mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic

parsley or other green spices to taste

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel, wash and dry the potatoes. Make incisions in them, forming an accordion. It is convenient if you put a potato in a spoon, so it will be a limiter for the knife so as not to cut the vegetables completely.

In the cuts put pieces of bacon or bacon (you can use sausage or just a slice of tomato), arrange the potatoes in a greased pan. Coat their surface with mayonnaise, salt and sprinkle with crushed garlic.

Bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes (time depends on the size of the potatoes).

When ready, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
