Required products :
potatoes
mozzarella
peas (canned or cooked)
cedar nuts - optional
olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
Wash the potatoes well with a brush and cook for 12 - 15 minutes. Then drain the water and cut the potatoes in half. Use a spoon to remove part of their inner part. This is good to do while still hot to make it easier for you.
Make the filling. To do this, cut the mozzarella into small cubes, mix with peas, pine nuts and a little olive oil (you can also use butter).
Coat the potato "bowls" with olive oil, fill them with the resulting filling, sprinkle with pepper, salt and put the dish in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn on the oven on the grill function for another 5 minutes.
