How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Mozzarella, Spinach And Leeks - Recipe

Required products :

  • connection fresh spinach
  • leek stalk
  • large mozzarella bread
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil and butter
  • 5 potatoes
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes whole and unpeeled, cut the leeks into circles and fry in a mixture of olive oil and butter.

Wash and dry the spinach, cut it into straws and pour over the leeks. Add salt and stew until soft.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles together with the mozzarella. Grate the cheese.

Grease the bottom of the pan with oil, put a row of potatoes in it, add salt, arrange the pieces of mozzarella. Spread the mixture of leeks and spinach on them, potatoes again, add salt and finish with the grated yellow cheese.

Bake until an appetizing yellow crust forms.
