Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 tea cup sugar
  • 450 grams of ricotta
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 220 grams of spaghetti, cooked
  • 500 grams of strawberries, peeled and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch (natural)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 8 chocolates with nuts
  • grated white chocolate

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, mix the eggs with 3/4 cup of the sugar. Add the ricotta, milk, sour cream, vanilla, butter and salt. Stir to obtain a smooth creamy consistency. Add the cooked spaghetti and stir to cover well.

Pour into a greased rectangular pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees, then allow to cool for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the strawberries in a saucepan, add the starch and remaining sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the strawberries are soft and the sugar has melted, start mashing the fruit with a potato press to make a puree. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.

Put the cocoa in a small plate and roll the chocolates in it.

Cut the spaghetti into portions and put some of the strawberry jam and candies on each.

Sprinkle with white chocolate and serve.
