How To Cook Baked Whole Potatoes With Cherry Tomatoes And Ricotta - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Baked whole potatoes with cherry tomatoes and ricotta". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 large potatoes
25-30 cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cheese / cottage cheese Ricotta
salt and ground black pepper
parsley or other fresh green spices of your choice and taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes well, dry and spread with olive oil. Bake them whole in the oven at 200 degrees until done.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment and arrange the cherry tomatoes (whole) in it. Sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Place them in the oven until they start to crack.

Make incisions in the prepared hot potatoes (maybe in two or crosswise), put the ricotta on them and finish with the roasted tomatoes.

Sprinkle with chopped green spices and serve.
