How To Cook Banana Liqueur With Orange Juice And Sugar Syrup - Recipe

Required products :

4 bananas
2 oranges
750 milliliters of alcohol
100 grams of sugar

For syrup:

1 kg of sugar
1 liter of water

Method of preparation :

Peel bananas and oranges. Cut the bananas into circles, squeeze the juice from the oranges, and grind the citrus peels finely.
Mix the banana pieces with the peels in a suitable container, cover with sugar and pour over the freshly squeezed juice. Transfer the combination to a bottle using a funnel. Close with a cork and leave the container for 20 days in a dark place.
Then strain the liqueur through a double layer of gauze and mix with syrup, which you boiled from water and sugar (it should not be completely cooled).

Once the drink has cooled, distribute it in bottles, which are closed with corks.
