Required products :
3/4 teaspoon fresh milk
3/4 teaspoon yogurt or yogurt
3 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon oat or wheat bran
2 bananas
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2-4 teaspoons honey (you can use maple syrup or other for sweetening)
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste a
few ice cubes optional
Method of preparation :
Peel a banana, grate it and put it in a blender. Add fresh and yogurt, add oatmeal, bran and peanut butter. Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup and season everything with cinnamon and grated nutmeg.
Grind all products to obtain a homogeneous mixture, which is distributed in suitable cups. Sprinkle the jam with cinnamon and you can serve with ice cubes for more freshness of the drink.
