Necessary products:

1 banana (about 70 g)

300 g flour

2 tablespoons cream (about 60 g)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp soda

80 g of oil

80 g of sugar

vanilla optional

pinch of salt

5 - 6 tablespoons sesame seeds for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Choose a well-ripened banana, peel it and mash it with a fork to make a puree. Add the cream, vanilla, sugar, oil, lemon juice and salt, stir. Mix the flour with the soda and add it to the resulting mixture. Knead the dough first with a tool, then with your hands. It is sticky, but easily separated from the hands, especially during prolonged kneading. Tear off small pieces of dough, roll them in sesame seeds on one side and then roll out thinly with a rolling pin. Roll up, let the sesame side stay outside. Arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then for 8 minutes at 175 degrees. When the sweets are toasted, they are ready.

Enjoy your meal!
