Pour the rice into a saucepan with salted water, put on the stove and when it boils, reduce the temperature and let it cook for 15 minutes. Then let it stand for 10 minutes.
Pour the meat broth into another pot and when it boils, add the chopped fillet (pre-cooked) and let it boil for a few minutes.
Mix in a bowl the yogurt, egg yolk, and flour, mix thoroughly. Add the mixture to the boiling broth, pouring it in a thin stream. Let the soup continue to cook over low heat.
You should pour beans and rice into the pan, season with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a suitable pan, add the crushed garlic, hot and sweet red pepper and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Serve the soup hot with a stuffing of red pepper and garlic, sprinkle with mint.
