How To Cook Bean Soup With Rice, Vegetable Stuffing And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of beans (white)
  • 2 onions (medium size)
  • 1 carrot (medium)
  • 1 tomato (large)
  • 100 grams of round grain rice
  • 1 medium bunch parsley
  • 1 medium coriander
  • 5-7 cloves of garlic
  • tomato spice-adjika sauce
  • melted butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • left


Method of preparation :

Soak the beans for 8-10 hours, then drain the water, rinse the beans and boil them in 2 liters of clean water. Bring the liquid to a boil over high heat, remove the foam, reduce the heat and let the beans cook for 1-1.5 hours (until the beans soften).

Then remove with a slotted spoon a little of them (about 1 handful), mash and return to the pan.

Wash the rice, pour it over the beans and cook until done (20-25 minutes).

Peel onions and carrots, saturate the first and grate the second coarsely.

First, fry the onion in melted butter until it acquires a golden hue. Then add the carrots, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, then put the grated flesh of the tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for another 5 minutes.

Pour the stuffing over the beans and rice, cook everything for 10 minutes and add the chopped coriander and parsley, the crushed garlic with salt, the bay leaf, the adjika sauce to taste and let the soup simmer for 5 minutes.

You can then serve.
