Required products :
2 egg yolks
50 grams butter
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour
380 milliliters milk
380 milliliters fish broth
2 tablespoons capers
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter together with the oil in a suitable container. Add the flour, stirring constantly. Then gradually pour in the milk, stirring thoroughly again. It's time for the broth and let the mixture boil. Add salt to taste and let the sauce cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring during this time.
In a small bowl, beat the yolks together with 2-3 tablespoons of the resulting liquid. Then add the mixture to the sauce and stir everything once more. Add the capers and serve immediately.
