Necessary products:

500 grams of beef

1 bottle of light beer

4 onions

1 handful of prunes

40 - 50 grams of butter

2 tablespoons tomato paste

ground black pepper to taste

salt to taste

For the breads:

1 teaspoon flour topped

5 grams of may

1/3 teaspoon sugar

1/3 teaspoon salt

1 egg

70 - 80 milliliters of water or milk

Method of preparation:

Cut the meat into 4-5 portions, season with salt and pepper, fry in a hot pan (with fat of your choice), then add water and stew for about an hour. Chop the onion and stew in oil until golden brown.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. If they are too dry, soak them briefly (10 - 20 minutes) in boiling water.

Grease the walls and bottom of the pots with oil, fill them with the products, alternating: onions, prunes, stewed meat, tomato paste. Pour hot beer and put the dish to cook for 30 minutes in the oven.

During this time, make cakes. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and allow to swell. Then mix with egg, sugar and salt, stir. Add the flour and knead the dough. Form a ball, cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 4 hours. Be sure to knead the dough to remove excess air. Roll out the dough, cut into pieces equal to the diameter of the neck of the dishes. Bake bread rolls from the dough.

Serve with pickles and crispy cakes.

Enjoy your meal!
