Method of preparation :
Let the grill heat up.
marinade:
Make the marinade in a small bowl, mixing 1 teaspoon of cumin, black pepper, coriander, paprika and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Put the flank steak in the marinade bowl to taste on both sides. Allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
vinaigrette with onion:
Pour the peeled half an onion with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil. Roast the onions on the grill and transfer to a small bowl, cover with a
lid and leave to soften for about 10 minutes.
Beat in a small bowl until smooth vinegar, honey, mustard and 1/4 teaspoon salt with the remaining 3 and 1/2 tablespoons olive oil and 1/4
teaspoon pepper, add onion and stir.
steak:
Bake the steak until desired or for 1 to 3 minutes on each side for the mussel layer (degree between alangle and medium

milk sauce:
Beat the yoghurt, lemon zest and lemon juice, garlic with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and 1/4 teaspoon

serving:
Divide the milk sauce into 4 plates. Top with 1 leaf of lettuce, sliced cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber, garlic and sliced
steak. Season with vinaigrette, sprinkle with fresh mint and chopped chives.
