Required products :

800 grams of beef
3 onions
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper
1 carrot
1 red sweet pepper
8 potatoes
100 milliliters of beer (or wine)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons tomato paste

Preparation :
Peel an onion and chop it, fry it in hot oil, add the chopped garlic and carrot cloves (in straws).
