How To Cook Beer Soup With Yellow Cheese, Bacon And Garlic Croutons - Recipe

Required products :

1 liter of dark beer
200 grams of bacon
100 grams of grated yellow cheese a
few slices of black bread
3 cloves garlic
4 feathers green onions
80 grams of butter
50 grams of flour
2 egg yolks
100 milliliters of milk
2 tablespoons of mustard

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the beer into a bowl and let it stand for 1 hour.

Lightly bake the flour in a suitable pan, add the butter, stir, pour in the beer and wait for the mixture to boil.

Then add the pre-fried pieces of bacon, grated cheese and let it melt.

Beat the yolks with the milk and pour in a thin stream into the soup, stirring.

Crush the garlic with the mustard and salt to taste. Spread this combination on the bread, cut into small cubes and bake in a pan.

Spread the finished soup with plates, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve with fragrant garlic croutons.
