How To Cook Beet Salad With Carrots, Dried Fruits And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 2 medium heads boiled beets
  • 40 grams of honey
  • dates and raisins to taste
  • walnuts to taste
  • lettuce leaves
  • olive oil

Method of preparation :

Peel pre-cooked carrots and beets, peel them. Peel the dates, dry the walnuts in the oven at 100 degrees for 40 minutes (you can bake them in a dry pan for a quarter of an hour).

Put the dates on the bottom of a deep dish suitable for salad, sprinkle with vegetable oil and pour liquid honey to taste. Add the raisins, walnuts and work with the vegetables.

Cut the beets into thin slices or grate and the carrots into thin long strips. Put in the bowl with the fruits and nuts, add the chopped lettuce leaves and stir.

With the help of a culinary ring, shape the salad beautifully on a plate, ram it and pour olive oil over it.

Finally, remove the round shape and serve the fruit-vegetable combination immediately.
