Required products :
- 120 grams of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon crystal sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tortillas
- 2 teaspoons chopped strawberries
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar mixed with 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- melted chocolate
Method of preparation :
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon zest, 1 tablespoon sugar and vanilla. Spread the bread with the well-beaten mixture and put the strawberries in the middle lengthwise. Roll up, closing the ends so that the mixture does not come out.
Fry in butter until the rolls are golden on all sides.
Roll still warm in the cinnamon sugar and make a grid on them with melted chocolate.
