Necessary products:

 

  • 100 grams of almond flour
  • 100 grams of white flour
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 80 grams of butter
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon natural cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt

 

for decoration

 

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate chips
  • 100 grams of white chocolate chips
  • pink food colorant
  • ice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Beat the butter with the powdered sugar and add the egg. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add salt, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda to the flour. Combine the mixtures and make a dough, divide it into two parts and color the second one with the help of cocoa.

Roll and cut teddy bears with the help of molds.

 

From the light dough, form ducks with a suitable shape.

 

Line a tray with a sheet of parchment, arrange the figures, lift the paws of the bears with the help of folded paper, as shown in the photo.

 

Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool the cakes on a wire rack and melt the white and dark chips in a water bath or microwave.

 

Prepare two kitchen pots in which you put both types of chocolate. Decorate the muzzles and bellies of the bears in white, and in brown the eyes and part of the muzzles.

 

Decorate the other molds only with dark chocolate. With the help of a toothpick you will form perfect shapes. Decorate the ears with the help of pink-colored icing.

 

Allow the biscuits to cool and garnish with a drink of your choice. Hang them on the edge of the cup and enjoy them.
