How To Cook Biscuits With Condensed Milk, Pears And Sesame Seeds - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Biscuits with condensed milk, pears and sesame seeds". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 220 g flour (20 g of them - wholemeal)
  • 160 g condensed milk
  • 160 g grated pears
  • 100 g of cornstarch
  • 100 g cream with 15% fat
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • sesame for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Pour the condensed milk into a bowl, add the grated pears, cream, oil and vanilla sugar. Stir until smooth. Add the cornstarch and mix thoroughly. Pour the flour with the soda and knead the dough with a spatula (kneads easily and does not stick to the spatula). Then form small balls and arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper at a short distance from each other. Pour a maximum of 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds on each of the cookies and press the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 160-170 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. These cookies usually do not turn very red, so care must be taken not to make them too dry.

Enjoy your meal!
