Necessary products:
300 grams of chocolate biscuits
200 grams of cranberries
70 grams of butter
400 grams of cream cheese
200 ml cream with about 33% fat
150 grams of sugar
100 ml of cranberry juice
16 mg gelatin
chocolate bars (sawdust) and blueberries - for decoration
Method of preparation:
Crush the biscuits with a blender, mix them with the melted butter. Pour the mixture into a form with a diameter of 24 cm and leave in the refrigerator until you prepare the cream. Put gelatin in blueberry juice and heat until completely dissolved, without allowing to boil. Whip the cream with the sugar to a froth. Grind the blueberries with a blender. Mix freshly squeezed fruit juice with whipped cream and cream cheese. Add the cooled gelatin, pouring a thin stream of it and stirring constantly. Apply the resulting cream on the base of biscuits and put back in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Before serving, garnish with chocolate chips and fresh blueberries.
