Required products :
300 grams beef marrow
50 grams butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tea cup vinegar
parsley to taste
1-2 bay leaves
thyme to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the brain and put it in a solution of vinegar and water for about 20 minutes, then wash again.
Cut parsley, clean the by-product of plaques and veins.
Pour water into a saucepan, put in it a few bay leaves, thyme, garlic cloves and salt to taste.
When the liquid boils, put the brain and let it cook for 40 minutes on low heat.
Remove to a plate, pour in the melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
