How To Cook Bowls Made Of Baguette, Filled With Fish And Baked With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of sea fish fillet
500 milliliters of fresh milk
1 bagel
1 onion
150 grams of yellow cheese
chopped fresh parsley or dill to taste
150 grams of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the fillet and onion, grate the yellow cheese. Mix these products, leaving some of the yellow cheese to sprinkle. Add finely chopped green spices of your choice, salt and pepper to taste, mayonnaise and stir.

Cut the baguette into circles about 3.5 cm high. Dip each in the milk, then remove the inside. You will receive bread bowls that you fill with the fish mixture.

Sprinkle with the reserved yellow cheese, garnish with dill or parsley and arrange in a pan greased with olive oil.

Bake the appetizer in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
